Caroline Springs Carols By Candlelight has been organised and hosted by INChurch Melbourne for the last 9 years. Our desire is to provide and low cost, high quality community engagement event celebrating the Birth of Jesus and the joy of the Christmas Season.

We need assistance in the following areas:
Set up Team from 8am on the day of the event
Welcome / Host Team
Musicians
Vocalists
BBQ, Fairy Floss & Pop Corn Stand Team
Technical Team (IT / Cameras / Sound) - must have appropriate experience
Operations Team (rubbish clean up, cleaning toilets, general support) throughout the event
Pack Down Team from 10pm-11:30pm
Early Sunday Morning Clean-up Crew (making sure the park is left better than we found it)

Please note that it is a requirement to have a current Volunteer or Employee WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK for all who serve as part of the CS Carols Team. You can apply for free at: https://service.vic.gov.au/services/working-with-children.
We are particularly keen to hear from people from local churches so please indicate your church on the form.
